Our next Winter collection comes with great news. We begin our new line “Desigual by L”.

Yesterday we presented our dream… collection for the next Autumn-Winter 2011-2012, which will have 30 garments designed by the famous french couturier. These are a small taste of our collaboration, wich will be more intense in the Summer 2012 collection. That will be the haute couture mixed with the urban and casual Desigual  prêt-à-porter:

This new line is composed of some special garments that will be combined for the first time in this dream… collection.

“It’s about joining our hearts, minds and creativity in a single project. This first encounter will reveal all the good things we can achieve together. We love the whole idea, even before starting it”, in the words of Desigual’s creative team.

The aim of the line “Desigual by L”: a breath of fresh air for the brand, baroque style clothes within the Desigual’s Universe. It is all about uniting creativities; brains and hearts working together. But as in any relationship, there is always a beginning. And the beginning was love at first sight. Now we have fallen in love all together. They are getting to know each other, little by little, they are discovering each other, they’re getting intimate. That’s why clothes designed for autumn winter 2011 are just a first encounter between both universes, with so many common points, yet so many differences. It is in the spring-summer season 2012 that this love story will have matured and will bear its fruit: more clothes and accessories.

 “I was awestruck by the first girl dressed by desigual that I saw in Paris. As I watched her, I could recognise in her a member of my own tribe. It was an explosion of colors and patchwork under the elegant, discreet and always monotonous French sky. It was fantastic, truly love at first sight, a breath of fresh air, all multicoloured, scorching, revitalizing, radiating Mediterranean colours and flavours and creeping into this global and colourless magma inhabited by zombies and clones.”

    Wonderful! I have been wearing Desigual clothing for but a short time, and I must say that I am completely enamoured with it. It conveys everything that I have ever wished to convey, and it does so without irony, but with a great sense of joy and playfulness. I am thrilled to know that such a skilled designer as Monsieur Lacroix will be collaborating with Desigual, and I am eager to see what he will do within his new position. The future for fashion is bright.

    Hi,
    five days ago,I bought a dress from your Dream collection in Roma.I washed it at 30 degrees celsius(as recommended) and the blue print on the dress comletely came off.I am shocked and deeply disappointed.I never got to wear it.
    This wasn’t a quality level I’m used to expect from you.

    escribo para pedir ayuda porque llevo dos meses buscando un bolso de la nueva colección de Desigual by L. Salió a toda página en la revista de woman de agosto, es rojo, blanco y negro a franjas, lleva bandolera y ddos asas cortas. En desigual.com no me ayudan, tampoco sale en la web online, he llamado a tiendas y sólo debe estar a la venta en alguna tienda de madrid y de barcelona que o no les ha llegado o ya lo han vendido y además no lo mandan a casa ni tampoco o otras tienas. Que hace una chica de valladolid en estos casos?

    espero que tambien esten los tipicos abrigos de desigual,este año quiero comprarme uno….o quizas dos.Me gusto mucho uno que salió hace dos años,era negro con unos circulos al lado,me encantó.De hecho hay uno similar en la tienda web,espero que lo renueven para la proxima colección

    We dont have a Desigual store in Northern Ireland although we can buy it in Menarys department store and website. (LOVE DESIGUAL!!!) Will the Lacroix range be available there or is it exclusive to the stores?
